What does The Three Ps do?
We help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lost or maybe have experienced a significant change in their lives to gain a greater understanding of what is going on in their mind, within their body, and how to move forward.
We do this through webinars, trainings and 1:1 therapy. We provide creative and psychologically informed webinars and workshops, which are informative and interactive to consolidate any learning and consider real-life application within a personal and professional setting.
One thing that makes us different is that we have the option to use canine-assisted therapy, which is where we combine the benefits of a highly-trained dogs with a psychologist. These therapy dogs can be present at both workshops and 1:1 therapy sessions.
